Management of chronic illness now dominates the practice of clinical medicine. Despite unprecedented funds committed to healthcare and research, contemporary medicine is witnessing the juxtaposition of reduced mortality from acute illness alongside unprecedented rates of chronic degenerative affliction and disability in both the young and the old. A recent paper in JAMA discussing childhood illness, for example, highlights “sobering information on major increases in chronic health conditions” and concludes that “health and social welfare systems are unprepared for the rapid growth in demands that will arise from these epidemics.” What is causing all this affliction?

This workshop will explore the underlying causes of illness as well as necessary interventions to achieve optimal health. This will be a practical and clinically oriented workshop to assist health providers as they seek to investigate and address chronic physical and mental illness, and facilitate health and wellness....LEARN MORE & REGISTER

with Silvia Menendez, PhD & Robert Rowen, MD

Silvia Menendez, PhD and Robert Rowen, MD invite you to join us for an
afternoon of discovering the world of oxidation therapy. This oxidation seminar will focus on the use of ozone therapy for a wide variety of medical problems. The MOST important thing to healing anything is oxygen delivery and consumption, the basis of all cellular energy production. The seminar will show how and why a single specific therapy can assist in the healing of a rather wide variety of non-specific conditions, from circulation, to infection, to immune
issues. The seminar will also feature a short segment on ozone's sister therapy - ultraviolet blood irradiation therapy.

We will cover ozone's utility in circulation, immune disorders, dementia, pain, arthritis, macular degeneration and more. UBI will be discussed similarly, but
especially in relation to infection....LEARN MORE & REGISTER

EBOLA: Saving Lives with Natural Allopathic Medicine
WHO chief Margaret Chan said the Ebola epidemic is out of control. “The virus attacks the body’s soft tissues — a process some doctors describe, bluntly, as like watching a patient ‘dissolve,” Tribune correspondent Paul Salopek reported during a 2000 outbreak. "There is no cure. No effective treatment. No vaccine. The rest of the world, a plane ride or two away, shudders. As with previous outbreaks, the virus shows no mercy. Ebola kills up to 90 percent of its victims with astonishing swiftness.”...MORE

The Best and Worst Forms of Magnesium to Take as a Supplement
According to the American Chiropractic Society, an estimated 68 to 80 percent of the United States population is deficient in the essential mineral magnesium. While our growing dependence on processed food is partly responsible for this alarming statistic, the real reason for it is that ongoing soil erosion has significantly depleted the mineral content of our soil within the last century. Consequently, many fruits and vegetables that were once rich in magnesium no longer contain it in adequate amounts, resulting in widespread deficiencies....MORE
