Registration fee includes tuition, course materials, Certificate of Participation, one lunch buffet (Friday), one Welcome Reception (Friday), one breakfast buffet (Saturday), four coffee breaks (2 each day) and 2-day seminar. You can book your hotel at the Aria Hotel during registration.

Tuition may be paid by major credit cards. Your email address is used for critical information, including registration confirmation, and hotel confirmation. Be sure to include an email address that you check frequently. If you prefer to pay by phone, please contact A Meeting by Design at 888-995-3088, open M-F, 8am-5pm MT for assistance.

The workshop has contracted with the company A Meeting by Design for conference planning services and housing management. You will receive communications regarding your registration and hotel accommodation invoices from the company, A Meeting by Design. A Meeting by Design will receive your contact information and will contact you regarding your conference reservations via the phone number, fax number, or email address provided during the hotel booking process. You also acknowledge and agree to the conference's cancellation policy. By submitting this form, you hereby consent to the following cancellation policies:

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Requests for cancellations must be received by February 20, 2019; a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. Conference organizers cannot be responsible for travel difficulty due to road or weather conditions. A Meeting by Design strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Guard International Travel Insurance.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: All hotel reservations require a one night deposit to be collected 45 days prior to the conference. All cancellations requested prior to February 20, 2019 will receive a refund for the one night deposit. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. Upon check-in at the Aria Hotel, your credit card will be charged for your stay as well as pre-authorized for incidentals. Lodging requests/preferences are not guaranteed and are strictly based upon hotel availability. Requests are fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis.
