Dr. Leo graduated from The Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine as a Doctor of Osteopathy and began his post-graduate training in Internal Medicine in the United States Army. As a military Physician he had the honor to serve in multiple overseas tours.He also graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic as a Doctor of Chiropractic. After retirement, he established a Private Practice in Rockville, MD.

Details of qualifications are: Fellow of the American College of Clinical Nutrition, Fellow in Anti-Aging and Restorative Medicine, Diplomate in Clinical Nutrition, Diplomate in Herbal Medicine, Certificate in Herbal Therapies, Certified in Functional Medicine, Applied Functional Medicine Practitioner, Masters of Science in Metabolic Medicine and Nutrition, Certified Chiropractic Internist, Completed Level II Credential in Active Release Technique, Certified in Temporal Mandibular Joint Dysfunction, Certified in Neuro-Emotional Technique, Completed Level II Certification of Total Body Modification, Completed Certification course in Applied Kinesiology.

Additionally, Dr. Leo holds two Masters of Science Degrees; Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Metabolic Medicine and Nutrition from the University of South Florida Medical School in Tampa, Fl.
