The site is updated throughout the registration period and offers convenient conference information as PDF downloads to assist with your planning.
SHOW SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Exhibit consists of an 8’ skirted table with 2 chairs and standard power cord provided by conference. Additional items may be ordered at the cost provided by the hotels conference department. Order forms are available on this site.
Qualified exhibitors are limited to firms, organizations, and agencies who promote awareness of products, technologies and services that are recognized and approved by ACAM as being supportive of the objectives of the Annual Meeting. *Further restrictions may apply; see terms and conditions.
Space Selection Process: ACAM will make every effort possible to provide exhibit space in high traffic areas. Priority will be established by support level.
Terms of Payment:
To ensure a cohesive experience for all conference guests ACAM will be collecting a $350 deposit from exhibitors which will be returned in full after the event. This deposit is due upon signing. Booth space will be held until May 31st at which time a 50 percent deposit is due. If deposit is not received by May 31st, ACAM reserves the right to release the exhibit space for resale. Booth space must be paid in full by August 25th, 2014.
The exhibitor may cancel without penalty provided written notification is received via email on or before May 31st 2014 at firstname.lastname@example.org. If notification is not received by this date the exhibitor will be fiscally responsible for the support level selected. Failure to make payments does not release the exhibitor from any contractual financial obligation.
