Dear Valued Partners,

As a interested partner of ACAM we hope you plan to join us at our Annual Meeting Integrative Medicine’s New Landscape – Practical Applications of New Technologies. Registration for Exhibitors opened February 15th. The registration discount of 5% ends May 1, 2015. Space is quickly filling -

For your convenience we’ve included a quick RSVP button below to let us know if you plan to attend or if we are not in your plans.  Our ACAM Exhibitor Concierge, Zach Haynes, or our new Association Manager, Brenda Carney, will look for your response to the question and will be following with a call  over the next week.  Please keep in mind that the RSVP is an informal way to hold your space at the show and we will contact you with the contract and review the prospectus to customize your package.

We appreciate your continued support,
ACAM Headquarters Team
ACAM Leaders Taking Annual Meetings to the Next Level!
Last year in the months leading up to the conference we gained a lot of valuable insight as to your needs and learned why many of you have remained loyal supporters of ACAM through the good and bad.  With this we have made strides in bringing ACAM back to the forefront of Integrative Education and maintaining a reasonable price point to join our show. Of course we also learned of areas we need to improve and your candid responses and willingness to assist us were greatly appreciated.  During this time we also conducted a survey of our members to determine their preference in how much CME versus non-CME material we should present at upcoming ACAM conferences, workshops and webinars. The specific question we asked was if members would favor less CME credits if it meant offering more cutting edge and practical Integrative medical training. The response of those who voted was an overwhelming 89% supporting the freedom to teach more non-CME material and have fewer CME lectures.

In the months since our last conference, ACAM’s Leadership and the Education Committee have planned the 2015 annual conference with consideration towards member and partner needs. We are proud to present a world class program that focuses on the relevant education while offering both our members and our partners more opportunities to engage in non-CME activities. Our non-CME activities will still be peer reviewed and our commitment to keep the self-promoting entities out of our meetings while offering additional valued opportunities for sponsorship and hands on assistance at workshops.  We are encouraged that this model of CME and non-CME will be our guide in the future as we find the ideal balance.  We hope you take time to view the significantly different schedule and look forward to your input.
