Integrative Medicine’s New Landscape, Practical Applications of New Technologies
The field of Personalized, Precision Medicine is growing in leaps and bounds and so are the potential applications of this new knowledge in human health and disease. This is true particularly in the areas of managing cancer, chronic degenerative conditions, infections, autoimmunity and allergy. This conference will examine current advances in genomics, nutrigenomics, immune and hormone biomarker testing, leading to more individualized treatment strategies. Doctors and other health professionals will be instructed in how to incorporate this new information into their own practices and make intelligent decisions on the treatment of cancer, chronic degenerative and immune disorders and optimization of health. Personalized Medicine also includes collaborative technology, allowing patients to gain access to actionable information and technologies, enabling greater participation in their care. The conference will include content to engage and apply collaborative patient communications.
This activity is designed to educate a wide range of physicians and other health care professionals including Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Pharmacists, Physicians Assistants, Chiropractors and Naturopathic Physicians seeking current treatment modalities within Integrative Medicine.
At the end of this activity, the participants will be able to:

3) Determine nutritional requirements to reduce the risk for serious childhood and adult disorders
4) Interpret data of the Hypothalamic-Pituitary Axis (HPA) to individualize treatment for patients with chronic degenerative conditions
